Scoring 90+ is not possible just with the PYQs because the questions keep changing every year. And the basic key to score good marks in your boards exam is to be thorough with every sentence of your NCERT book, so I would strongly suggest you to go through the NCERT with whatever time you have left.
Hello,
Physics wallah offers one of the best courses for NEET and apart from courses everything usually depends on the hard work and the grind one can do if you are saying you can study for 15-17 hours then yes! Definitely you'll be getting good score in NEET and will be securing a government college.

There is not a major change when it comes subsequent years' editions of NCERT. The NCERT books are usually revised and updated periodically to update any changes or updates in the subject matter.
However, the changes are really very minor that you won't even realise that there were changes. If you have the 2021 edition then you can go for it instead of purchasing the newer edition as most of the overall and core information is same.
Hope this helps,

NCERT are always very good books for every exam and these books are suggested by everyone for competitive exams. So NCERT books can prove to be very good for SSC. But only class 10 th books are not sufficient. You are advised to read all the NCERT books from class 6th to 12th.
Hope it helps you.
