For admission in AIIMS, Rishikesh the last rank that got admission in 2017 was a rank of 6,768 and percentile scored was 97.6417318 for the OBC category. The cut off in 2016 was a rank of 2095 for the OBC category.
Considering this you would require a rank around this range.
