It seems you have not mentioned about your domicile , as the different college's and states have different Cutoffs .
You may not get admission in a Govt college with this score but you might have possibility in a good private college , don't loose hope as the Cutoffs changes every year ,

Sorry to say but your marks are too low to get a medical seat ,
But don't loose hope as the Cutoff changes every year ,attend the counselling process and try your luck !
