Well 65 percentile is not that good. But considering SC category there is a little hope. I am not saying 100% but still keep yyour finger crossed and work hard for the next part which is in april so that you can score more in that and your percentile can get higher. Because i don't think 65 percentile will lead you in any NIt's but can lead to Jee advance ( COnsidering SC)
