sir i got 71.4 percentile in jee main rank is 117573 for OBC category and not eligible for advance. i can apply for josaa counselling ?

Hello Gunasekaran. Despite that you are eligible for JEE Advance Exam or not , you can apply for kosam counselling and you can fill only the NIT's , IIIT's and GFTI's in the choice filling process. If you had been eligible for JEE Advance then you can also apply for the seats in IIT Institutes.
