Dear Nishant, you havenr mentioned whether it is your AIR rank or Category Rank. Neverthless, in 2018, under State Quota, 17346 rank scored 512 marks and secured a swat in Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute under General Category. Infact 512 was the highest score and 17346 was the lowest rank. Going by the previous cut offs and your rank, you have a chance at almost all Government Medical Colleges of Karnataka. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. With 5100 rank in NEET you will surely get top government colleges for undergraduate courses in MBBS/BDS in Karnataka through state quota(15%). You need to fill online form which will be released shortly for state medical counselling and follow the procedure listed in official notification to secure your seat.
