Seeing your academic profile, yeah, you can definitely apply for CAT. For getting admission in any IIM, you have a minimum cutoff required.Now you need to really score well if you want to get into one of the top IIMs.
You need 97+ percentile to get into the old IIMs and for new IIMs, you need a percentile above 90
