I feel sorry to inform but with a score of 480 it won't be enough to let you procure a seat in any of the Government Medical Colleges of Odisha.

In 2018, the last UR Candidate to get in through the State Quota had a score of 508 and a rank of 18,621.

And since this year's cutoff has simply leaped a huge bound, your chances are quite less my friend.
