Since you have obtained the score of 66 percentile in the JEE mains January session. To fetch the exact data about your marks will be hard because there might be some questions in the JEE mains Janaury session exams in which NTA will bonus marks in the releasement of their final results.
But anyways we can be able to predict your rank by having the formula :
(100 - total score )*874468/100 = 2,97,319 approx , whereas 874468 is the total number of candidates appeared in the JEE mains January session.
