with 270 marks in neet 2019 i dont think you can get government seat for mbbs in karnataka. however you can get government seat for dental colleges with this score. i am saying this by analysing previous year cut off of karnataka colleges which is 270+ for state quota and 420+ for all india quota for SC neet 2018. however we are not confirmed so hope for better result. here is link which can provide information related to previous year cut off of individual college in karnataka. https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-karnataka

See the score u have got in the NEET exam is too low for u to grab seat even under ur SC category in the govt colleges to pursue ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under MBBS courses. U should be going for private Institution and that too under management quota. I m providing u a link for ur help.
