sir i passed 10th in 2016 and 12th in 2019 by doing 11th twice.so can i give jee mains in 2020 as there are 3 chances of jee mains and i only have taken 2.

Hello aspirant. The aspirants can attempt JEE Mains for three consecutive years. You can apply for the exam twice a year. So if you gave two attempts in 2019, you can give attempts in 2020 and 2021. You should've applied for JEE Mains earlier this year as the exam has already been conducted twice this year. You cannot give any more attempts in 2020 and you have to wait till 2021 if you want to give any more attempts.
