I'm sorry to say but your marks aren't enough to get a government seat in Kerela. Since, the cut offs for general category are usually very high. You have to score above 500 atleast if you want to get a government MBBS Seat.

You might semi govt dental seats and other courses like physio, ayurved and etc. Hope this helps you, good luck!
