As per eligibility criteria for NEET Ug, candidates must have cimpleted 17tears as on December 31st 2018.

Since you havent completwd you ar enot eligible for 2019 NEET UG.

Candidates mist be born or before 1st January 2003.

Minimum Age Requirement of NEET 2019 is as follows-

17 years as on December 31, 2018.

Candidates must be born on or before January 1, 2003.


As per the info. given by you & the criteria above, you are not eligibile to give NEET 2019.

The eligibility criteria is given by the officials. If not a single criteria is satisfied then you can't seat in the exam.
