Yes you can. But you need to clear jee mains first to apply for jee advance..

Jagannath as you have cleared your board exam this year so no doubt you can give JEE Mains exam. There is no problem in this situation and the only restriction imposed for JEE Mains is that you can only give this examination 3 times and that too consecutively, you cannot skip years in between and you need to have scored above 75% in the 12th boards.

Yes, you can but atleast you have to score 75% or above to be eligible for jee either you belong to any board this is the condition given by jee to get admission in NIT's,IIT's,IIIT and GFTI's and one more thing 3times chance to give jee main and two times for jee advance...
