You got to stop freaking out so much.It is still 2019 and you have a year left for the exam that is the gateway to medical colleges in India. It is really great you are so much concerned about your future but there is no point worrying about it.Start studying from today and see the change yourself.
It's a myth that a two year long preparation would get you through NEET.Many people crack it by working hard in the last few months but for that you need to be consistent with your studies.
The first thing you can do is read NCERT books of class 11 and 12. After being thorough with the NCERT go for reference books and practice a lot.
You can follow the link I am providing below for further information:

Best of luck!
NEET Exam (National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test) becomes tough if not prepared. With a well planned timetable and to be disciplined enough to follow it is all required.
Start from today itself and do not waste a single day. Everyday read something. Don't waste time.
Start studying from NCERT textbooks of 11th and 12th standard of Physics, Chemistry and Biology. NCERT textbooks are very helpful in understanding the basic of the concepts. Solve each numericals from it.
If any doubt arises while solving sums or understanding concepts then get it cleared at that point of time itself no matter how small the doubt is.
There are many reference books available for NEET Exam. Now students tend to refer 5-6 books for each subject which in the end becomes confusing. I suggest you to refer 2-3 books and be thorough with them. Following are the reference books for NEET :-
Physics :- Fundamental of Physics by David Halliday, Resnick ; Numerical Physics by I. E Irodov ; Objective Physics by D.C Pandey ; Concepts of Physics by H. C Verma.
Chemistry :- Chemistry is divided into three sections as follows.
Physical Chemistry :- Modern Approach to Chemical Calculations by R. C Mukherjee
Inorganic Chemistry :- Concise Inorganic Chemistry by JD Lee ; Inorganic chemistry by O. P Tandon.
Organic Chemistry :- Organic Chemistry by Morrison and Boyd ; Organic chemistry by O. P Tandon.
For Biology :- Objective NCERT at fingertips ; Trueman's Biology Volume 1 and Volume 2.
Preparation Tips :-
- Everytime learning a new chapter understand the concepts behind them.
- Make handwritten notes of every chapter. At the end of the day revise everything you studied on that particular day.
- Make a separate notebook for each subject which will contain formulas, scientific names or any shortcuts that you get to know while learning. Before final entrance examination you can then revise from these notebooks.
- In Biology practice every diagram and labelling of them.
- There are many different types of reactions in organic chemistry. Write them at least 5-10 times a day. Start from the most basic of the reaction and then go on to difficult ones.
- After finishing a chapter solve Multiple Choice Questions of that particular chapter.
- Set dates according to when you will finish a number of chapters and stick to it.
- Also prepare in such a way that you have enough time before final examination to revise everything.
- Give mock tests and analyse it. See where are you making mistakes and avoid them in final examination.
- Refer past years papers and observe as to what type of questions come in exam.
Don't be stressed. Anything can be achieved with proper planning and discipline.
