Hello candidate!

I hope you are mentioning about neet and neet marks.

So considering that I'm giving you answer that with just 120 marks you have no chances of getting any seat in any of the courses whether MBBS BDS or ayush courses even if you belong to sc category.

You should atleast cross a score of 350+ to get any seat in ayush courses. And 430+ for MBBS and BDS seat.
