A Withheld result simply means that the board is not willing to show you the result. It can be because of many reasons. From students side, It can happen if they have not completed any assessment or there is any error in the documents which might require time to be corrected. Apart from this it can also happen when the institution does not pay the examination fees to the university. If your withheld is because of you poor documentation then you will be notified.
