Muslim minority Colleges are especially for Muslims.But collges will have there own decisions about admission.
So it's not possible to say a particular College name in which you can get admission.

You haven't said about your grade.is it below 300 then go for private college if you can effort fees.even though it is very hard to get a college with that score.

I would suggest you to drop a year for better improvement.So that you will even get a better college.
