Hi .

Rank is high for getting admission in AIIMS ,chances are almost nil....

But it's better to take good gov . College through neet .

Dear Student,

I would like you to know that with a OBC rank of 3100 there are less chances of getting any of the AIIMS. It also depends which course he wants to go for.He might get private college easily.
