the last date for  filling of application form has been extended to 17th October so you still have time .Now first check whether your signature matches the picture size ,aspect ratio or resolution as prescribed .You can crop the picture to obtain the aspect ratio . You can use several websites also to resize your image .

now if you still finding problems then try contacting the admission agency whose contract information is given on the official website down the page .

there maybe some traffic related issues so try in early morning when traffic is least .
