sir/mam I got 72 percentile in jee paper 1 but i couldn't attempt paper and advance can. am I eligible for josaa counselling?

If you have qualified JEE Mains as per your category,
You can attend JOSAA Counseling.
But you cannot choose IITs .
You can choose colleges those accept JEE Mains score like NITs, IITs, GFTIs etc.,,
