Any of the following persons can obtain the certificate: A person who is residing in the State for 15 years. A person who owns a place of residence in the State. A person who owns a residential property but located elsewhere due to employment reasons. So this are the main criteria for get domicile certificate in Himachal Pradesh. If you qualified all of this points then you are a domicile candidate in Himachal Pradesh. Otherwise you are domicile in Uttar Pradesh.
