Although you score low, do not worry for it. You have more years to compensate the score. The basis for NEET PG admission as said would be based on NEET PG score and MBBS score. but don't worry for 1st year only, its just the start, everything is new. Focus more on upcoming years and prepare for NEET, Mainly you need to score good in entrance exam  as it is the whole and sole basis. If you do not qualify PG but have a record of good marks in MBBS, that is also of no use.
