Since you have done most of your schooling from Andhra Pradesh and recently moved to Hyderabad, Telangana for your 11th and 12th grade, I'm sorry, but you won't be treated as a local candidate.

For examination bodies to consider you as a local, you need to possess a domicile certificate that can only be issued if you have done your 10th and 12th from the home state of which you want the domicile.
