As you mentioned about compartment in a subject then this year you are not eligible for the counselling ,you need to first clear the compartment exam then give the JEE-Main again next year ,there are no possiblities that you would be allowed to attend the special round ,but if you have got the result for the special round then there are very less chances that you can apply for any college.
