The cutoff varies state to state so it is tough to tell you the exact but As per the last year cutoff to get admission for 15% quota seats you require more than 560.

Hey.
For admission in a decent government medical college through NEET, you would require a score atleast above 500 if you Belong to the general Category under the State quota. For a seat under the All India quota you would require a score atleast above 550.
The range of rank for a score around 550 will be 10,851-13,353 and for a score around 500 will be 25,843-29,557
Let me know your domicile/state for more exat details regarding the cut offs.
