Let me inform you that only qualified candidates can apply for counseling. The qualifying percentile is different for different categories:
Unreserved - 50 th Percentile
OBC/SC/ST - 40 th percentile.
The percentile can be calculated as:
(No.of students behind you/total no.of students) multiplied by 100.
I advice you to calculate your percentile and find out whether you qualify the exam or not.
