Hey Shivam !
There is no issue if you provide the bank details of your father for the cause of refund of the Security Money in case if seat isn't alloted to you during the NEET Counselling. It's not at all a matter if you don't own a bank account, many students haven't yet made any bank account of their own and it's quite obvious. Don't worry, you can put the account details of your father without any issues. There won't be any problems.
