with 430 marks you will not be able to get any seat in Government Medical College under All India quota as marks required for general category under all india quota should be at least 550 marks or more to get a seat .
You didn't mention your state , you have chance of getting a  seat in state quota.

You have not mentioned which state you belong to. With a score of 430 in UR category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a score of 500 or above remained to be a safe zone for the general category under the state quota and 550 or above in All India quota. But scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. However you can predict the colleges which you are likely to get using the given link
