You would need to produce the following documents during UP NEET counselling -

• NEET 2018 Admit Card

• NEET 2018 Rank Letter or NEET Result

• Class 10 Certificate and Marksheet (for date of birth proof)

• Class 12 Certificate and Marksheet

• ID Proof (Aadhaar/PAN/Driving License/Passport)

• Eight passport size photographs

• Community Certificate (if applicable)

• Income certificate (if belonging to reserved category)

• Domicile Certificate

The Registrations for round two commence from July 13 at 11.00 AM. The process of choice filling will begin on July 24, 2018. Check the following link to know more about the NEET UP Counselling .
