The cutoff varies every year from college to college depending on various factors. It would be difficult to tell you exactly about the cutoff percentile required for admision into NIT.

Kindly mention your percentile score in the JEE Main 2019 exam then I can tell you your expected  rank and chances in NITs. Also, mention your category and home state.
