Both are the same. An Honours in Bachelor of Science(B.Sc) in a psychology is a three year long undergraduate programme that offers you the undergraduate degree in Psychology.
The basic eligibility criteria is to pass 12th from a recognized board with minimum 50 percent. You can work as Clinical Psychologist, Sports Psychologist, Researcher, Teacher, Lecturer etcetra.
