     Generally, the cutoff for University of petroleum nad energy studies (UPES) varies every year based on many aspects and as you asked for last year cutoff, i mention it below,

• For Applied petroleum Upstream, it is around 3500.
• For Applied petroleum Gas, it is around 6000.
