Hello dear student, 

You also have known this fact that cut offs are sky roketing and there's a lot of competition out there .  We cannot predict the right cut off but dear student as you also have category with you. So with that you need to score Atleast 450 marks to get admission in any government medical or dental college. But try to score more to stay on the safer side. I hope this was helpful to you

As per last year's Tamil Nadu Cutoff for All India Quota Seats, you need to get atleast 400 marks in NEET to get seat in Government college of Tirunelveli.
In 2017, the cutoff was around 410.
