Dear student,
You have to write 2018 in all these forms. When the students had appeared for the first time for the board examination in talen into account and not the year he/she gave improvement examination. So in all these forms, they ask to fill when did you appear for 12th boards then you must write 2018 and at the time of document verification also you will not have any problem then.
