Your all india rank comes under rank 20000 and for sc category rank it may be under 3k also you can confirm your category rank at the side of crl rank in your final Neet scorecard.you have a good chances of getting a government medical College because your own category cuttoff is also high but in these marks you have some chances in the 3rd round or mopup round of counselling.
