You can calculate your expected rank by using the formula given below
(100-your total percentile)*112679/100
112679 is the total number of candidates appeared in January session.
So, considering your percentile it can be calculated as
(100-84)*112679/100=18028
It is difficult to calculate the category rank.And for counselling both your CRL rank and category rank will be considered depending upon seat availability.Ifthere are seats left in general category then you will be given a seat considering your general rank(considering the cut off) and the next candidate belonging to your category will be given a seat through category rank.And you may also be alloted a seat based on your category rank.
