It is difficult to state the exact cutoffs for any particular college of any domicile. This is because the cutoffs depend on various factors which keep on varying.

Last year the cutoffs for Sagore Dutta Medical College for 15% All India Quota were -

Cutoff rank - 7930, Cutoff marks- 599

For 85% State Quota seats -

Cutoff rank - 22034 , Cutoff marks- 499

You can expect the cutoffs to be near about this, if there not any severe changes.
