Once the results were announced by CBSE, you will be required to qualify the exam by scoring NEET qualifying marks . Which is 50% marks for genral category and 40% reserved category.
By scoring minimum required percentile, you will become eligible for counselling for MBBS/BDS admissions.
If you qualify with good AIR get ready with all the relevant documents for counselling and follow the instructions of CBSE/MCI/ Directorate of Health of your State.
After passing NEET exam you have to fill preference form for the 15% All India Quota counseling.
For state level and private level counseling you have to apply separately .
For participate in All india counselling, You need to register for the online counselling at the MCC website.
To participate in different state counsellings, you will need to register at portals of respective state counselling committees.
Counselling for Deemeed and central universities will also be conducted by MCC and you will need to register for them separately at MCC portal.
If you are interested for AFMC than after NEET results they are also conduct their exam, so also you will need to register for them.

After appearing for NEET 2018, you will be required to qualify the exam by scoring NEET qualifying marks.
Candidates belonging to category are required to get a minimum of percentile, i.e. score marks such that they are in top 50% of the aspirants. The percentile for OBC/SC/ST is 40th percentile.
If you qualify the exam by scoring minimum required percentile, you will become eligible for counselling for MBBS/BDS admissions. You will need to register separately for participating in different types of counselling. Find the details below:

To in 15% counselling, you will need to register at the portal of Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), who is the counselling conducting authority for the same.

To participate in different state counsellings, you will need to register at portals of respective state counselling committees.

Besides these, AFMC and ESI counselling is also conducted. MCC conducts the counselling for the same and requires separate registration.
