Getting a college through state is always preferable than aiq, because cutoffs are lower for state..Through aiq you might get some Colleges in chhatisgarh and jharkhand,or maybe some other unknown college.
So I think it's better that you go for up state counseling..That way,I think barring kgmc and maybe gsvm, you'll get any college of up like llrm and snmc. But I think the wait will be a bit long,till 2nd counseling at least.
