Hey Kumar.

By DU LLB cut off, it is meant the last rank/ score to get admission in DU. Hence the cut off for 2019 will be released only after the counselling process in completed. But for reference if you want to check the previous year cut off trends in order to estimate your chances of admission, you can use the link which is  given below.
