You have very less chances through josaa counselling....but you must register for it ...may be in last round or spot round you can get some colleges.....Give better colleges as first choice and select by that order.....you should attend counselling for private colleges also as a backup option

Actually your rank is not very good to get a college or branch with your preference.
Your rank is very high , you hardly get into any of the under JOSAA colleges but you must do counselling may be you get a seat.
Don't think much just fill all the choices in your preferences order.
Best branch always at the top

Choose good private colleges that are there and some GFT's.Select some Nit's too but not the best one as you don't have chances in them.A normal good NIT might be waiting for you with that rank in ObC quota.all the best
