Well ivri is indian veterinary research institute and mbbs is Bachelor of medicine and surgery. Well the more in demand is obviously mbbs cause that is what most of the students aim for and the cut off is the highest for. The career prospects are also high in mbbs cause there you treat humans and in India hardly people take pets to veterinary doctors. That trend is coming but still way too back from mbbs.
