If we talk about Thapar university,In this The Department of Mechanical Engineering was established in 1956 with the inception of the Institute to produce high quality engineers the field of Mechanical Engineering to cater the needs of the newly Independent India. The Mechanical Engineering Program at Thapar University is designed to prepare its graduates for continued learning and successful careers in industry, government, academia and consulting.
Now if we talk about JAPEE Noida,The Electronics and Communication Engineering Department was formed in the year 2002.Besides running a 4-year B. Tech. degree and a 5-year Integrated B.Tech-M.Tech. degree program, the Department also runs two M. Tech. degree programs with specializations in Communication Systems (CS) and Microelectronics & Embedded Technology (MET).
