Firstly, be sure and confident about your interest. If you like chemistry and your concepts are already clear from the base then you can opt for bsc in chemistry hons. Otherwise if you want to do btech in chemical engineering then you can do from any good private university or college. You can also search for other options then chemistry so it will help you to compare and provide you with more options.
