While doing signup at saar portal i by mistake selected post graduation instead of under graduation. Can this mistake be rectified?

I tried calling etc but no one reverts from their end. I have never heard good regarding grievance solving and above that the saar portal registrations for under graduates have been cancelled and the saar portal is down. Public notice on the official wèbsite says all of the aspirants have to do a new registration now. I did my registration yesterday and today this notice came.
