It depends on your choice of college where you are looking for admission. If you are not getting good score in JEE Main and you are not able to get CSE branch in any of the NITs/IIITs then you have two options
1- Go for other top branch like IT, ECE, EE, ME etc in NITs/IIITs
2- Try to get CSE branch in other top private colleges like VIT, Manipal, SRM or you can go for state level government colleges.
