Recently the CBSE board has annoubced additional girls quofa for the fact being females hav ebeen low for intake into technical course and to bridge gap between males and females this action has been introduced.
So there is no case of gender discrimination.
As far as competitive dynamics, the corporate landscape also faces shortage of female talent and hnece such quitas hav ebeen brought in place.
