will i be able to get a governmentseat with 515 marks in neet2019?if i will,then is it worth going to that college/will thatcollege be good?

515 this year is not good if you belong to UR/OBC , the probable cut off for AIQ will be around 540-560. Secondly all the top colleges of state would be picked up by students getting around 610-550, so there are very less chances to get a good seat however there are very few chances in average college.
If you can manage another year drop with high chances and faith on yourself of getting 600+ then you should drop, else fingers crossed.
