I quite don't understand what you want to say. Which percentile you are talking about.
What do you want to know, which percentile would be same as nta jee mains percentile. If you are talking abut the percentile you are getting in first mains exam, then yes and no both. See if you give both jan and april exam then one which has better percentile will be you final nta percentile. If you give only one, then that will be your final percentile.
